Deaths caused by alcohol or drugs have triplicated

A recent investigation has discovered that, in the USA the deaths caused by alcohol or drugs have triplicated.
The deaths are traffic accidents, by diseases like VIH, tuberculosis or caused directly by overdose.
They have cheked that the most affected zones are the areas with less health quality, like for example suburbs.
This shows that the problems caused by alcohol and drugs are increasing, and the governments have to act to stop this increase because is a serious problem.
