The high levels of contamination in the asturian city have forced the Department of Infrastructure, Planning and Environment to declare the condition of pre alert.
This has been caused because they have overcome the limits of contamination allowed in different zones of Avilés for three several days , causing problems in the people who resides in the city.Sore throats, eyes itching and more problems, especially the people who has asthma, who are those that have suffered more.
